After taking this course, Realtors will have a detailed understanding of how to engage customers/clients with the Florida Realtors Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement. There will be a discussion on each section of every page of the listing agreement. In addition, there will be a discussion on other types of listing agreements, disclosures, and addendums. This course will prepare attendees to answer seller questions and concerns effectively. Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to: 1. Understand Co-Ownership and Tenancies 2. Understand procedures when a seller declines to list their property on the MLS 3. Identify different ways a Seller can compensate a Broker 4. Understand the listing Broker’s Cooperation and Compensation to Other Brokers 5. Identify the Broker and Seller Obligations under the listing agreement 6. Recognize the significance of the Price and Terms section of the listing agreement
