After taking this course, Realtors will have a detailed understanding of how to engage customers/clients with the Florida
Realtors Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement. There will be a discussion on each section of every page of the listing
agreement. In addition, there will be a discussion on other types of listing agreements, disclosures, and addendums. This
course will prepare attendees to answer seller questions and concerns effectively.

3. Identify different ways a Seller can compensate a Broker

6. Recognize the significance of the Price and Terms section of the listing agreement
