As a result of the October 2023 court decision in the Sitzer/Burnett Antitrust Lawsuit against NAR and 4 large real estate firms, with several more antitrust suits working the way through courts elsewhere, FR has recommended that Florida Real Estate agents begin to include the FR Exclusive Buyer's Broker Agreement (EBBA-6tb Rev 11/16) and the FR Showing Agreement (SA-3xRev 10/06) into their buyer relationships. This class includes and explains these forms, makes suggestions and strategies for using them, and getting buyers to accept them (the getting to loyalty part) and scripts and ideas on conducting a thorough and complete buyer interview.
