Please join us on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM for our General Membership Meeting. Our featured speaker will be Joanna Coutu, AICP, Director of Citrus County Land Development Division.

The Land Development Division is responsible for current planning (development review), long-range planning (comprehensive planning), and growth management activities required by the State of Florida Community Planning Act. This includes the preparation and maintenance of the County's Comprehensive Plan, which establishes goals, objectives, and policies to manage growth and development in Citrus County, as well as the Land Development Code (LDC) which implements the Comprehensive Plan.
