REALTORS® do you have friends, family, or clients struggling with flood damage after Hurricane Milton or Helene? Do you have many questions about how to advise your clients on lookback periods, the 50% Substantial Damage rule, or whether or not any financial assistance exists that can help your clients rebuild? If so, please join us on Friday, May 23rd from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM as we hold a Q&A Panel with all of the governmental entities and organizations that assist with the National Flood Insurance Program at the local, state, and federal level. 

As we head into the hurricane season, please take some time to get acquainted with the ins-and-outs of the program so that you best can best assist any clients you may be working with, whether that may be clients needing assistance selling their home, or prospective buyers looking to buy near the water! We will have representation from the Citrus County Floodplain Management Division, the City of Crystal River, the Florida Division of Emergency Management, and more!
