I am a REALTOR® with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group serving Citrus County and Florida’s Nature Coast. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the area, providing knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward representation throughout the real estate process.
After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and navigating a successful career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, I brought that same approach to real estate: understand the objective, do the research, communicate clearly and help my clients make informed decisions.
For sellers, I offer full-service representation with a Flat Rate approach designed to provide professional marketing, thoughtful pricing strategy and skilled negotiation while allowing homeowners to keep more of their equity. I also work closely with buyers to evaluate properties, understand the local market and navigate the transaction from the initial search through closing.
