No-Show Fee Policy: Members must cancel their registration for an education course at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting Member Services via email at membership@raccfl.com, unless otherwise stipulated. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or not attending the course will result in a $20 fee charged to the member's account in an effort to avoid unnecessary expenses to the association. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of the REALTORS® Association of Citrus County in cases of unforeseen circumstances, provided the member promptly contacts the Association at ae@raccfl.com to request a review. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid before the member can register for additional courses or events. By registering, members agree to comply with this policy to ensure fairness and the continued availability of educational opportunities.

Anti-Trust Policy: The REALTORS® Association of Citrus County is devoted to improving the competitive business conditions of the real estate industry, including adherence to all antitrust laws. To that end, the topics for this meeting will focus on advancing the interests of real estate professionals and consumers of real estate services and increasing competition.
